- Jan.9--Emerald withdraws petition for change of fire lane. ZBA Public Hearing scheduled for Jan.9 is cancelled.
2007
- Dec.21--A neighborhood coalition gathers 135 signatures in opposition to the proposed development. The signatures are from 89% of the 72 houses in the blocks immediately surrounding the development site including all houses that directly abut the site.
- Dec.12--ZBA meeting to discuss Emerald's petition for change of fire lane. Emerald requests continuance?
